As it is used all over Tuscany, here we take care and we put our best attention in traditional hospitality, home cooking and quality of food.

The ancient inns and restaurants have preserved simple recipes, strictly related to the product of our land, as chestnuts, mushrooms, Pecorino cheese, chicken, porchetta, while the quality of wines is guaranteed by DOC and DOCG marks .

Our coockery exalt roasted flesh, pig in particular, a constant presence in traditional diets, in the past it was skimped by oafish frugality and now is always plentiful.

Also the "new coockery", which is widespread all over historic turistic areas, has mantained strong links with traditional poor food, giving value to the essence of local and unusual flavours.
